Solution EngineerソリューションエンジニアSEはAccount Executiveアカウントエグゼクティブ AEと言われる営業担当と協力しお客様のビジネス課題を解決するための最適なソリューション を技術的な側面から提案します一般的にプリセールスエンジニアや技術営業とも呼ばれるSE は技術的なスキルとセールススキルの強力な組み合わせを基盤にお客様の信頼を築き長期的 なインパクトを生み出すことが期待されます
今回募集する自動車Account SEチームは特に自動車業界のお客様をター ゲットにソリューション提案活動を行なっています
私たちはお客様のビジネス課題を深く理解しその解決策を具体的にイメージしてもらうためのカスタマイズデモを作成実施しますまた営業担当と共にアカウントプランや提案書の作成セミナー やイベントでの登壇など多岐にわたる活動を通じてお客様の成功を力強く支援しています
さらに日々の提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かして各業界向けのソリューションマップや業界特化デモ提案書テンプレートSalesPlay特定の製品やサービスを売るための体系的な営業シナリ オなどの作成も行っています
職務概要
今回募集するSolution Engineer SupportはSolutionsチームの一員としてSEが効果的に営業 活動を遂行できるようSalesforceの製品デモやデモ動画の作成各種提案資料の作成支援などを 担いお客様の課題を解決する最適なソリューション提案に貢献いただきます
主な役割と責任
具体的には以下の業務を主に担当いただきますがこれらに限定されるものではありません
1.デモの作成支援
お客様への提案やイベントで利用するデモの作成を支援
SEが立案した内容をSalesforce環境上に設定
共有のSalesforceデモ環境のデータ更新や機能の最新化メンテナンス
Salesforceの学習は入社後に必要なトレーニングを受講いただきます
2. デモ動画作成
作成したデモをSEが作成したスクリプトに従って操作し動画として録画
録画した動画を不要部分の削除時間の調整などを行い見やすい状態に加工
加工した動画にAI音声ナレーションソフトを使って音声を付加
3. その他サポート業務
SEの依頼に基づき社外向けの簡単なスライド作成や部分的な修正
チーム運営に必要な情報整理など日常業務の事務サポート
本募集業務は直接的にお客様への営業提案活動を行うものではなく技術営業を担うSEを支援する役割です技術的な知識やスキルをベースにSEやAEなど社内関係者と連携しながら業務 遂行していただきます
必須スキル
日本語ネイティブレベル
ご自身の障害を自己理解できており安定して働く準備が整っている
問題解決能力自発的に社内 SNSやGoogle検索で調べて同僚に質問できる
基本的なパソコンスキルユーザとして ITに強いMS OfficeやGoogle スプレッドシートなど が問題なく使える
簡単な動画作成加工の経験
お客様や社外向けの提案資料営業資料の作成経験MS Power Point/Google Slideによ る作成テンプレートやフォントの修正
新しい技術や製品を学習する能力強い探究心
チームで仕事をする能力
歓迎スキル
システム開発やプログラミングなどに携わった経験
プリセールスまたはコンサルティング経験
AIを用いた動画資料作成の経験
下記のような動画制作生成加工編集音声ナレーションなどの各種アプリケーションソフト の使用経験
画面録画QuickTime Playerクイックタイム プレイヤーなど
動画編集加工Camtasiaカムタジアなど
音声合成ナレーションVOICEPEAKボイスピークなど
英語Globalコンテンツの理解TOEIC600程度)
Salesforce等のCRM製品の利用経験
Slack等のコミュニケーションツールの利用経験
勤務条件
弊社のオフィスもしくは在宅での勤務となります
リモート環境でもチームメンバーと連携しながら自律的に業務を遂行できる方主にSlack やGoogle MeetのWEB会議を通じて情報のやり取りを行います
