About the Role

Were looking for a Data and Transport Administrator to ensure milk collection and transport data is accurate and organized. Youll manage data in the Unload Validator system process carrier invoices in SAP maintain records and act as the main contact for carriers and partners. Youll also work with our team to resolve issues and improve processes.

Maintain and verify milk load data in the Unload Validator system
Process and reconcile carrier invoices in SAP
Organize and manage records for easy access
Respond to partner queries and manage UV-related communications
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data integrity and processes

About you

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using spreadsheets and systems like SAP (or willing to learn)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in data entry or administration is ideal
Background in transport or inventory management is desirable
Knowledge of the dairy industry is a bonus but not essential

Roster: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM 6:00 PM) 4 on 4 off spread over 7 days and includes public holidays if rostered on.
