What Youll Do
Manage calendars meetings and travel for senior leaders
Support daily operations across purchasing shipping and vendor coordination
Assist marketing and product teams with launches sample requests and reports
Maintain digital and physical files invoices and office supplies
Help prepare internal communications and team presentations
Ensure the office runs smoothly and stays organized
What Were Looking For
* 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience (preferably in eCommerce retail or consumer products)
* Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
* Experience with Shopify Amazon Seller Central or NetSuite a plus
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
* Comfortable working onsite 100% in DTLA
Compensation
$25/hour
