Growth Marketing Lead, Offline Media

About the Team

The Growth & Media team at Stitch Fix drives new client acquisition and partners cross-functionally on branding and retention opportunities. At its core Stitch Fix is a personalization service and we bring that same level of personalization to our marketing by leveraging data to drive more efficient acquisition retention and reactivation of clients. Working closely with partners across MarketingData Science Creative Finance and Product we deploy a significant budget against a wide array of channels while continuously experimenting to unlock growth opportunities on new & existing channels.

About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Lead you will help shape strategy and lead execution across a range of channels with a focus on testing & scaling new opportunities. You will manage multiple distinct channels and analyze their performance to inform investment decisions. Channels managed by the team include: Linear TV OTT/CTV Streaming Audio Podcast Direct Mail OOH Content Partnerships Newsletters and Programmatic Video (OLV/CTV). These channels are critical in driving the success of our business and unlocking incremental client growth.

You will set channel vision and partner closely with Brand/Integrated Marketing Data Science and Creative to develop audience and creative strategies ensuring campaigns align with broader business objectives. Youll be expected to push boundaries propose and test new ideas and establish best practices that fuel future success.

Youre excited about this opportunity because you will

• Develop and own goals and performance metrics for your channels; monitoring frequently to identify optimization opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of how different media channels operate and how to evaluate their effectiveness through methodologies such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM) incrementality testing (user-level holdouts) Geo lift etc.
• Employ a data-backed approach to decision-making and campaign management extracting insights and transforming them into actionable optimizations.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution across multiple channels.
• Proactively recommend opportunities to scale and optimize campaigns through targeting audience testing and creative learnings.
• Collaborate with external agency and internal cross-functional teams to align offline channels with the broader media mix and messaging strategy.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in budget allocation pacing and forecasting to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Partner with the in-house/external creative teams to develop assets crafting briefs running creative tests and reporting insights to continuously improve creative performance across formats.

Were excited about you because

• You have 4 years of experience in integrated media planning or growth marketing including hands-on or agency-led management of offline channels such as Linear TV OTT/CTV Podcast Streaming audio Radio content partnerships Direct mail and OOH.
• You have a test and learn mindset and understand the full user journey including how to evaluate and scale new channels. Most importantly you can think critically around how to evaluate & test new channels and understand the levers a channel has to inform optimization opportunities & improve acquisition performance.
• Youre skilled at working with large data sets and mixing internal and external data to assess performance and inform optimizations.
• You are comfortable sourcing and analyzing data using tools such as Looker Tableau Google sheets etc.
• Youre a clear communicator exceptionally organized detail-oriented and a team player.
• Youre highly proactive self-motivated and excited to grow within a fast-paced environment.
• You excel at managing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and can balance differing needs to drive shared outcomes.
• Youre a builder and optimizer able to manage campaigns at scale and continuously improve efficiency.
• You may have media agency or agency management experience (a plus).
