What youll do...
Supervise evaluate and empower an hourly team that automated equipment and organizes workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
Ensure safety quality and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work verifying lines are running safely smoothly and producing quality parts
Drive to exceed personal team Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members union and management teams
Qualifications
Youll have...
High School Diploma or GED
1 years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work rotating shifts and hours including nights and weekends
1 years of managing skilled trades work force.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members leaders business partners and customers
Highly committed to continuous improvement while applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
Create a culture of safety and apply and implement workplace policies
Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others
Ability to work 6-6 12-hour shifts on the 4 crew AWS work schedule (3 days one week 4 days the next) including weekends and rotate shifts as required by the business

Bachelors Degree
Safety and quality experience
Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
Knowledge of constraint management principles
Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
