We are looking for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join a leading international hospitality groups regional revenue management team based in Shanghai China.
In this role you will manage 23 hotel properties across the Asia Pacific region focusing on revenue optimization pricing strategy and business performance analysis. Youll work closely with commercial and operations teams to maximize profit market share and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue and pricing strategies across assigned hotels.

Analyze market trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities.

Oversee forecasting inventory management and channel performance.

Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to drive commercial success.
What Were Looking For:

Solid experience in hotel revenue management (multi-property or cluster level preferred).

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems.

Excellent communication skills in English.
