Job Summary
EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services including payment infrastructure custody mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.
Due to continued growth and development we are opening a Project Manager position for Operations Department.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional capable of effectively managing projects of any complexity on time within budget and with high quality execution.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from initiation to completion adhering to deadlines budget and quality standards
- Coordinating the work of project teams and interacting with key stakeholders - clients management and partners
- Ensuring transparency and timely reporting on project status
- Managing a portfolio of projects and programs: prioritization optimization and balancing in accordance with the companys strategic goals
- Controlling project budgets planning monitoring and financial reporting
- Identifying and minimizing project risks regularly informing management about progress
- Leading and developing a team of project managers fostering a culture of collaboration responsibility and high efficiency
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies within the company.
Requirements:
- Experience managing projects (ERP CRM organizational transformations etc.) - 3 years
- Successful experience working in multinational and cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management principles
- Proficiency in project management tools and advanced MS Office functions
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification will be an advantage
- Native Russian language
- English language - Upper Intermediate level and above
