Role Responsibilities

Manage full event technology projects end-to-end
-
Prepare proposals incl. pricing & commercial calculations
-
Lead customer negotiations & technical consulting
-
Provide on-site support during events
-
Plan & coordinate project staffing
-
Oversee material planning with technical teams
-
Work with tools like EasyJob (and ideally Vectorworks)
Requirements
Must-Have
-
5 years experience in event technology project management
-
Technical expertise in lighting & sound systems
-
Proven experience handling complex full-cycle projects
-
Leadership & strong team collaboration skills
-
Flexibility & ability to perform in high-pressure environments
-
MS Office proficiency experience with EasyJob

German C1 & English C1
