Job Summary
Project Manager Event Technology (m/f/d)
Location: Meckenheim (near Bonn) Germany
Hybrid: Up to 2 days/week remote (depending on project phase)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time (40h/week)
Salary:/year gross negotiable bonus
Travel: 4050% (international events projects 3 days to 1 month)
Drivers License Required Company car provided

Role Responsibilities
-
Manage full event technology projects end-to-end
-
Prepare proposals incl. pricing & commercial calculations
-
Lead customer negotiations & technical consulting
-
Provide on-site support during events
-
Plan & coordinate project staffing
-
Oversee material planning with technical teams
-
Work with tools like EasyJob (and ideally Vectorworks)
Requirements
Must-Have
-
5 years experience in event technology project management
-
Technical expertise in lighting & sound systems
-
Proven experience handling complex full-cycle projects
-
Leadership & strong team collaboration skills
-
Flexibility & ability to perform in high-pressure environments
-
MS Office proficiency experience with EasyJob

German C1 & English C1

Background in motorsport or live event production
