You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:
An accounting background preferably studying Business Administration etc.
Experience working with an ERP system; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
A proactive mindset with great attention to detail and accuracy
A collaborative attitude and willingness to support different areas of finance
Motivation to grow and take on responsibility in a dynamic international team
Transform yourself and take responsibility for:
Recording bank transactions and ensuring all payments are posted to the correct accounts
Recording credit card statements on a monthly basis
Supporting the team in processing PO invoices and reconciling open items
Tracking reminders and helping to clarify open issues
Managing travel expenses by uploading data from the travel expense tool and creating new employees in the ERP system
Preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheet income statement) for one of our companies - if you already have relevant experience - and sharing responsibility with others
Providing flexible support across other areas of finance as needed
