Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Czech-speaking small-business clients.

• Contact new and existing advertisers via phone chat and email to identify opportunities.
• Provide consultative sales support to help clients reach their marketing goals.
• Offer personalized campaign recommendations and insights for performance improvement.
• Research market trends and business models to provide tailored advertising solutions.

• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and product impact.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (C2) and strong English (B2C1).

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales preferably in a BPO or digital marketing environment.

• Knowledge of online marketing strategies and digital ad platforms.

• Results-oriented proactive and highly motivated personality.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (if not already based there).

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required.
