About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional support for digital products and services to Slovak-speaking users via email chat and phone.
- Efficiently use CRM/ticketing systems and adhere to internal service processes and SLAs.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly aiming for first-contact resolution and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices update knowledge base documentation and continuously improve service.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes and evolving service protocols in a fast-moving tech support environment.
- Meet performance targets (e.g. handling time resolution metrics user satisfaction) in a multilingual setting.
