About the role

We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a Business Management & Performance Advisor to join our Business Management & Performance team within the Development Services Business this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of finance functions delivering high-quality financial administrative and business services. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail strong interpersonal skills and a passion for contributing to a constructive high-performance culture. This position is based at our Leederville office and reports to the Team Lead Business Management & Performance.

What the role will involve

  • Manage the collection and allocation of money from developers in line with established financial practices
  • Process payments to developers and suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Reconcile financial transactions implement controls conduct analysis and provide timely reporting to management
  • Prepare and deliver monthly variance reports and related management reporting within deadlines
  • Support the development of revenue and expenditure forecasts and budgets using financial models
  • Assist with the annual review and update of miscellaneous fees and charges

About you

  • Experience in financial and business management support ideally gained in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial tools and systems such as SAP Grange Excel and Power BI
  • Strong organisational skills ability to manage multiple tasks show initiative and work independently
  • Knowledge of the land development industry is highly desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
