About the role

We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a Business Management & Performance Advisor to join our Business Management & Performance team within the Development Services Business this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of finance functions delivering high-quality financial administrative and business services. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail strong interpersonal skills and a passion for contributing to a constructive high-performance culture. This position is based at our Leederville office and reports to the Team Lead Business Management & Performance.

What the role will involve

Manage the collection and allocation of money from developers in line with established financial practices
Process payments to developers and suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
Reconcile financial transactions implement controls conduct analysis and provide timely reporting to management
Prepare and deliver monthly variance reports and related management reporting within deadlines
Support the development of revenue and expenditure forecasts and budgets using financial models
Assist with the annual review and update of miscellaneous fees and charges

About you

Experience in financial and business management support ideally gained in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of financial tools and systems such as SAP Grange Excel and Power BI
Strong organisational skills ability to manage multiple tasks show initiative and work independently
Knowledge of the land development industry is highly desirable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
