About the Role
As a Travel Customer Representative youll be the first point of contact for clients assisting them from booking through their return home. Youll handle inquiries reservations and travel changes while ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email phone or chat.
- Assist with bookings changes cancellations and special requests.
- Provide accurate information about destinations travel documents and policies.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and trip details.
- Handle concerns with empathy efficiency and professionalism.
