Job Description
- Supervise and guide paralegal and investigator teams to ensure high-quality client support.
- Oversee externship fellowship and pro bono programs including partnerships with local law schools.
- Lead special projects that enhance legal operations technology integration and litigation strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen office-wide efficiency training and policy development.
- Support the Managing Director of Litigation in relationship management and organizational initiatives.
- Develop procedures and systems that improve case management and align with CFRs mission and values.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active New York State Bar admission.
- 5 years in relevant legal practice areas such as family criminal or immigration law.
- Prior supervisory or management experience (3 years preferred).
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Commitment to diversity equity inclusion and justice for marginalized communities.
