Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst
Employment Type: 7-month Contract
Location: Remote United States (Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-level financial systems initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE extensive experience with SQL MS Excel Python and Data Analysis and deep functional knowledge of Corporate Banking operations.
This role is fully remote but requires availability during Eastern Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to gather analyze and document requirements.

Conduct data analysis and reporting using SQL and Excel.

Develop insights and recommendations from large datasets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Support system integration testing and deployment activities related to Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Provide subject matter expertise in Trade Finance Treasury and Lending processes.

Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:

8 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or IT environments.

Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (required).

Strong proficiency in SQL MS Excel and Data Analysis.

Python programming experience.

Functional knowledge of Corporate Banking operations.

Strong understanding of Trade Finance Treasury and Lending domains.

Proven experience working in Agile environments.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Competencies:

Familiarity with Big Data and Hadoop Ecosystem (MapR).

Experience supporting data-driven digital transformation initiatives.
Experience Level: Mid-Senior
Pay: up to $100/hour
