Job Summary

Requirements:

2 years of relevant experience in building large-scale applications or equivalent hands-on experience.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with technical independence and minimal supervision.
Interest in working across the tech stack and learning Rust.
Passionate about solving real customer problems and building products from the ground up.
Prefer working in an environment with minimal bureaucracy few meetings lightweight processes and a focus on results.
Experience in a consumer-driven industry with a strong customer focus.
Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1 in unstructured or startup environments.
Hands-on proactive attitude with experience thriving in fast-paced collaborative and ambiguous settings where flexibility is key.

Responsibilities:

Work in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment with continuous learning opportunities.
Lead the development of high-quality products from the ground up with speed and precision.
