Pre-Owned Watch Buyer Assistant
Finks Jewelers is searching for a full-time Pre-Owned Watch Buyer Assistant at our Corporate Headquarters located on Electric Road in Roanoke VA. This role requires a strategic thinker with industry knowledge strong negotiation skills and a passion for horology.

Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Owned Watch Buyer Assistant where youll support the sourcing evaluation and acquisition of high-end pre-owned watches from around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead buyer in identifying and sourcing pre-owned luxury watches
- Conduct initial evaluations of watch condition authenticity and market value
- Maintain accurate records of inventory purchases and vendor communications
- Coordinate shipping receiving and inspection of incoming watches
- Support negotiations and vendor relationships with professionalism and discretion
- Stay up to date on market trends pricing and brand developments
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in luxury watches and the secondary market
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality and authenticity
- Basic knowledge of watch brands models and terminology (training provided)
- Experience in retail buying or inventory management is a plus
