Job Summary
- Perform emergency service board-ups and roof tarps
- Perform roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing drywall installation and finishing work.
- Inspect and assess damage to roofs and structures to determine necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in roofing and carpentry.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in roofing and carpentry preferably in a restoration setting.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Certification in roofing or carpentry is a plus.
