Job Summary

Job Title: Product Manager

Term: 12 months

Location: Kyiv Ukraine

Relevant experience: Product marketing Consulting Banking

Mandatory requirements:

2-3 years of experience in product marketing
Ukrainian and English language

PURPOSE OF JOB

The Product Manager will be overseeing the execution and implementation of organizations recommendations provided in multiple projects. This role will act as the primary coordination point between the company and the client ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Tasks

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Creating a value proposition for products and services in the international bank
Market competitors and target audience analysis
Calculation of unit economics of products (CAC LTV margin)
Development and optimization of tariffs and pricing
Negotiations and creation of co-branded products (services)
Development of Go-to-Market strategy and communication plan for product launch
Cooperation with product sales and digital marketing teams
Monitoring campaign efficiency KPIs and preparation of reports

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of pricing methodologies and working with unit economics
Ability to develop USP and product positioning
Experience in developing communication plans and product launches
Previous experience with analytical tools
English Upper-Intermediate
Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS telecom or fintech
Knowledge of the basics of UX/UI
Experience with CRM and marketing automation
