About the Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative youll handle and resolve inquiries related to order cancellations changes and refunds made through the our platform. Youll communicate with restaurant partners couriers and customers ensuring a smooth delivery experience for all.
Most interactions are handled in German via inbound calls and emails. English is used mainly for internal tools and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partners
Resolve issues such as:
Missing or delayed deliveries
Courier not arriving or delivering an order
Questions about bank details statements or promotional campaigns
Requests for Uber materials (bags stickers etc.)
Deliver clear empathetic and solution-oriented communication
Requirements
German: Native or C1 level
English: Minimum B1 (for internal tools and training)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital work environment
Work Setup
Location: Remote Work from anywhere in Türkiye
Channels: Inbound Calls & Email Support
