Our client is an global technology and engineering powerhouse for energy infrastructure and decarbonization.

Position: Receptionist

Salary: Negotiation

Employment Status: Permante

Working Hour: Monday - Friday

Office Location: Sun Tower Building A 123 Vibhavadee-Rangsit Road Jomphon Jatujak Bangkok

Responsibilities

  • Greet welcome and direct visitors appropriately to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Notify relevant employees upon visitors arrival.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage meeting room schedules and preparations.
  • Follow security procedures including monitoring the visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sign for deliveries receive and ensure all mail and packages are distributed and delivered promptly including managing the company messenger services.
  • Assist with booking international mailing services and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of and ability to communicate in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
