We are looking for dedicated and highly proficient French speakers (C2 level) to join us in Lisbon Portugal as French Customer Relations Specialists. The Role: Your Daily Impact
You will be the key resource for our French-speaking customer base providing comprehensive support and ensuring exceptional service quality. This involves resolving user issues and enhancing their satisfaction with the search engines services through various contact channels.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Service Delivery: Communicating fluently in French via phone email and chat to address and resolve all customer service and technical inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively diagnosing issues providing clear guidance and ensuring a satisfactory outcome for every user interaction.
- Administrative Accuracy: Documenting all customer interactions outcomes and feedback accurately within our dedicated internal systems.
- Expert Knowledge: Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the search engines features products and service guidelines to offer accurate information.
Candidate Requirements
We prioritize linguistic ability and a commitment to customer service.
- Language Proficiency (Essential):
- French: C2 level fluency (native or near-native command) is mandatory for all core job functions.
- English: B2 level proficiency is necessary for internal training documentation and team communications.
- Experience: While previous experience in a customer service environment is valued it is not a prerequisite. Comprehensive paid training will be provided to all new team members.
- Work Location: This is strictly an on-site position based in our Lisbon office. All necessary professional equipment will be supplied by the company.
Operational Schedule Details
This position operates on a rotational schedule covering five days per week with two rotating days off.
- Work Pattern: Five working days with two scheduled consecutive days off (rotational).
- Weekday Coverage (Monday Friday): Shifts are rotational within the window of 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
- Weekend Coverage (Saturday Sunday): Shifts are rotational within the window of 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
