Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor you will provide high-quality support to French-speaking users of a popular search engine platform. You will be responsible for resolving issues answering questions and providing information via various communication channels (phone email chat). This role is key to maintaining high user satisfaction and supporting the platforms global success.

Lisbon Portugal (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding their search engine queries accounts and technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve user problems efficiently and accurately escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g. quality efficiency resolution time).
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge service changes and customer support best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Language Proficiency:
- French: Near-native or Native fluency (equivalent to C2 level).
- English: Good working proficiency (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and training.
- Availability: Ability to work on a rotational shift pattern including evenings and weekends (see Shift Schedule below).
- Location: Willingness to live and work on-site in Lisbon Portugal.
Desirable Attributes
- Prior experience in a Customer Service Call Center or BPO environment is beneficial though not mandatory. We welcome motivated individuals eager to start their career!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of empathy patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Shift Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Rotational Shifts between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Rotational Shifts between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 Rotational Days Off per week.
