Responsibilities

Audit and evaluate communication quality
Provide targeted feedback and coaching
Track and report performance metrics
Identify process improvements
Support quality alignment initiatives

Requirements

Native/fluent German with good English (B2)
Eye for detail and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and coaching skills
QA BPO or service quality experience is an asset

Base salary 1650 9.13/day meal allowance
