Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
8 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 4 years in automation testing.
Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
Expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright Selenium Cypress Appium or similar technologies.
Strong proficiency with scripting languages (Java JavaScript or similar) for automation.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman Rest Assured or SOAP UI.
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatlngn
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in designing developing and executing automated test frameworks and scripts.
Drive Behavior-Driven Development initiatives review feature files in Gherkin and oversee Automation execution.
Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for functional regression performance and scalability testing.
Collaborate closely with product management development and DevOps teams to understand requirements and ensure robust test coverage.
Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web API and mobile applications using modern automation tools. Requirements
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency test coverage and defect management.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing practices.
Drive continuous improvements in software quality processes tools and best practices.
