Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to join our team as a remote consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Oracle-based enterprise solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud (ERP HCM SCM or CX) or Oracle E-Business Suite along with strong consulting communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams and business stakeholders remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver end-to-end Oracle enterprise solutions that meet client business and technical needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solution architectures.

Lead and coordinate solution design workshops system configurations and architecture reviews.

Develop solution blueprints data models integration frameworks and deployment strategies.
-
Collaborate remotely with development teams business analysts and project managers to ensure delivery quality.

Ensure solution compliance with Oracle best practices security standards and enterprise architecture principles.

Oversee migration integration and customization of Oracle modules using APIs APEX or Fusion tools.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation teams.

Stay current with new Oracle Cloud updates technologies and emerging best practices.

Prepare documentation technical proposals and post-implementation support plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline.

8 years of experience in Oracle enterprise solutions design and implementation.

Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud (ERP HCM SCM or CX) or Oracle E-Business Suite.

Strong understanding of Oracle Database Middleware SOA Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.

Proficiency in solution architecture system design and integration methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills with a consultative mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects while working remotely and across different time zones.

Oracle Certified Solution Architect or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Competencies:

Experience working in a remote client-facing consulting environment.

Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices for cloud-based deployments.

Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX BI Publisher or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Strong documentation presentation and stakeholder management skills.
