Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team and drive the companys technology strategy innovation and product development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership ability and a startup mindset someone motivated by ownership innovation and long-term growth rather than immediate high salary.
The CTO will oversee the design architecture and implementation of technology solutions while working closely with the executive team to align business objectives with technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the companys overall technology strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee product development software architecture and technical infrastructure.

Manage and mentor engineering teams to ensure quality scalability and innovation.

Make strategic decisions regarding tech stack tools and development methodologies.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing operations HR finance) for smooth execution of projects.

Represent the technology vision to investors partners and stakeholders.

Ensure cybersecurity data protection and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a technical leadership role (CTO VP Engineering or Tech Lead).

Strong background in software development architecture and product lifecycle management.

Expertise in modern web/app frameworks databases and cloud technologies.

Excellent leadership decision-making and communication skills.
