Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (3 Years Experience)

Location: Bahria Phase 7 Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB and and a strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications and deploying them seamlessly using modern development and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
Develop user-facing features using and ensure cross-platform optimization.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automatic testing deployment and release processes.
Collaborate with DevOps QA and other development teams to streamline development workflows.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews design discussions and agile ceremonies (stand-ups retrospectives).
Write clean modular and maintainable code following best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

3 years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions CircleCI or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Docker Kubernetes (preferred) or container-based deployment environments.
Strong understanding of Git version control and branching strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest Mocha or Cypress.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with GraphQL or other modern JS frameworks.
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
