Job Summary

Position Summary:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert will be responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions email marketing campaigns and data integration. The resource would work closely with the IT sales and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities

Job Description

Design build and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys and automation workflows.
Develop and manage email campaigns SMS and push notifications using Email Studio Mobile Studio and Journey Builder.
Develop and implement responsive dynamic and personalized email templates and landing pages
Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems data sources and APIs
Configure Marketing Cloud Connector and integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party applications.
Build and optimize segmentation and audience targeting using SQL Data Extensions and Automation Studio.
Ensure CAN-SPAM GDPR and other compliance standards are met in all marketing communications
Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Marketing Cloud Certification is must.

Qualifications

3 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification would be preferred
Bachelors degree / masters degree in computer science or relevant field)
Extensive knowledge of database marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to provide quick solutions and recommendations
