Non-Negotiable Requirements:

An IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college
At least 6 months in training or teaching-related tasks in BPO
Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Microsoft product knowledge is required
Preferably available to start immediately
