Overview
We are offering an internship opportunity for students and fresh graduates who are eager to learn and gain exposure across multiple departments. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive perspective of company operations enabling interns to explore different functions and understand how various teams contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports including monthly Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets.
- Support month end closing activities and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in Bukku.
- Perform data entry of invoices receipts and payments in the accounting system.
- Assist in bank reconciliation petty cash recording and expense verification.
- Help monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable including client collections and supplier payments.
- Support the preparation of management reports for internal review.
- Assist in checking service tax (SST) calculations and related supporting documents.
- Participate in audit preparation by organizing vouchers and supporting schedules.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all finance-related records.
- Perform basic financial analysis and assist in ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Learning Opportunities

- Understand accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Learn to use accounting software (BUKKU).
- Understand the workflow auditing and financial management within a corporate environment.
- Experience collaboration with finance HR and management teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
