Dynamics CRM Consultant (Technical / Functional)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals (Technical or Functional) who are passionate about delivering robust CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Technical Consultant:

• Design develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins workflows Power Automate JavaScript and C#.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems using Azure APIs or middleware.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.
• Manage and maintain CRM environments deployments and version upgrades.
• Work closely with Functional Consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

For Functional Consultant:

• Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Configure entities forms views business rules and workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Provide functional expertise in modules like Sales Customer Service Marketing or Field Service.
• Conduct user training UAT sessions and ensure smooth adoption of CRM systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 410 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture entities workflows and business process flows.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) is preferred.
• Knowledge of integration tools Azure services and Dataverse is a plus.
• Excellent communication client interaction and documentation skills.
• Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 Power Platform) are an advantage.
