Schedule: Rotational shifts Monday Sunday between 08:00 19:00

You will assist customers of a global luxury fashion brand providing exceptional support across various channels (phone email chat).

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients for a top fashion brand

Assist customers with product questions orders returns style advice and brand services

Offer solutions with empathy professionalism and brand passion

Manage inquiries via phone email and chat

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures
Requirements
Native/Fluent Finnish (C2)
Strong English communication skills (B2-C1)
Customer-centric mindset and passion for fashion
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends
Must be based in Málaga or willing to relocate
