The Core of the Role:
As the primary technical contact for our business clients you will ensure seamless operations and drive increased platform adoption.
- Consultative Sales: Apply your robust experience in B2B tech sales focused on cloud solutions to recognize and act on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling platform features and services during support interactions.
- Client Guidance: Position yourself as a trusted technical advisor coaching business clients on optimal strategies for leveraging the platform to meet their operational needs.
- Product Promotion: Clearly and persuasively articulate the business advantages of new service updates platform features and potential expansions to the client base.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong lasting relationships with business clients ensuring high satisfaction rates that lead to client retention and successful expansion.
What We Require
- Mastery of English: You must possess native or near-native fluency (C2 proficiency is non-negotiable) as all core business communication and technical support delivery are conducted exclusively in English.
- Proven B2B Cloud Sales Track Record: Demonstrable hands-on experience in B2B sales specifically with technology solutions utilizing major cloud platforms (e.g. SaaS models Azure AWS Google Cloud).
- IT Fundamentals: A solid practical understanding of modern IT infrastructure network protocols operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and fundamental cloud computing models.
- Client Focus: A history of successfully navigating demanding client scenarios setting clear expectations and consistently delivering exceptional high-quality customer service.
