Job Summary
German-speaking Air Travel Consultant
Location: Brno Czech Republic (initially onsite remote option possible after 10 weeks of training)
Work Type: Full-time permanent
About the Role
Join a dynamic global travel services hub and support passengers across Europe and beyond in navigating flight bookings travel information and loyalty-programme queries. You will deliver outstanding client care via phone email and chat ensuring smooth travel experiences and first-rate service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions (phone email chat) in German.

Handle flight reservations amendments and rebookings.
- Provide travel information such as baggage rules schedules and online service options.

Support loyalty-programme account updates and customer queries.

Record customer data accurately and follow process-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality and meet performance metrics.

Demonstrate clarity patience and empathy in every customer contact.
Your Profile

Fluent in German (verbal & written).

Strong command of English (for training and internal communications).

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable working within structured process-driven environments.
- Previous customer-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory full training provided.
