- Analyze financial data to extract meaningful insights for senior management as well as for operational business units.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational processes.
- Create new analytical tools and models to enhance financial control and to support operational performance analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations.
- Prepare monthly reports and handle ad-hoc reporting requests.
Qualifications :

- Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferably in a multinational or technology company or are a CPA with 4-5 years of experience.
- Have strong analytical and financial modeling skills including the ability to analyze large sets of data strong attention to detail problem-solving abilities and storytelling.
- Are proficient in Excel.
- Are fluent in English.
- Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can work independently and as part of a team actively contributing to team tasks.
