What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Design Strategist/Graphic Designer to join the Defense and Security Segment (D&S) Human-Centered Design (HCD) team. The candidate will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency dedicated to advancing the mission of this federal agency.
Typical duties include:
- Develop and implement innovative visual design solutions that align with project goals and effectively communicate messages to diverse audiences in the American public as well as within the client agency.
- Work closely with the cross functional communications team directly supporting a federal agency including D&S HCD teammates to understand communication goals and strategies.
- Design infographics reports presentations and other digital and print products efficiently.
- Manage requirement gathering and setting and enforcing production schedules.
- Engage external printers or other vendors as needed.
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure products resonate with the target audiences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with project managers and engagement leadership to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Once onboard with Guidehouse new hire MUSTbe able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearancewith a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)polygraph.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or a similar field
- THREE (3) years experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio showcasing the range of your design abilities
