The Role

At Quantum were scaling fast and building the team to match. Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find engage and hire high-performance talent across Product Tech Marketing Commercial and Ops.

Youll be part of a small sharp TA team working alongside a fellow TA Manager and reporting into our TA Lead. We want someone whos hands-on proactive and comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle. Ideally youll bring experience from both agency and in-house settings with a strong grasp of what great looks like in digital marketing affiliate marketing or tech environments.

This isnt a coordinator role. Its a builder role. Youll help shape how we hire how we show up as an employer brand and how we grow as a business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from briefing to offer across a wide range of functions

  • Partner with hiring managers to structure roles define profiles and build talent pipelines.

  • Use direct sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines

  • Track and improve key recruitment metrics focusing on speed quality and candidate experience

  • Maintain operational discipline accurate trackingseamless coordination and clear reporting

  • Continuously improve the recruitment process to reflect Quantums values and high standards

  • Support strategic projects: employer branding benchmarking careers site DEI and more

About You:

  • A strong track record of proactive sourcing and hiring top talent

  • Experience hiring for digital marketing affiliate marketing and/or tech roles

  • Ideally a mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience

  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions

  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Cord Ashby Metaview or similar)

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills

  • A data-led mindset with a sharp eye for process improvement

  • Resilience energy and a team-first mindset

  • You move fast take feedback well and know how to make things happen
