About the role

As a Store Communications Specialist you will support the delivery of clear and relevant communications to all UK and ROI stores and field teams. This role ensures that messaging is consistent and aligned with business priorities helping store colleagues stay informed and engaged.

You will also support in the development and improvements of existing and new communication tools and processes. Youll be part of a team thats passionate about communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Keeping all content on across our comms channels accurate current and updated
  • Working to Governance Principles and ensuring they are upheld by stakeholders
  • Keeping user lists up to date and checking them regularly
  • Ensuring all communications are planned and populated in line with the Store Activity Plan
  • Being part of the team that provides cover 8am 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility for occasional out of core hours working)
  • Continually look for ways to improve communications for stores and field teams
  • Creating Daily Field emails to the Director of Stores/ Area Manager population
  • Building missions on MyHub
  • Using information available on BootsLive/MyHub (Google Analytics compliance reports etc) to review usage & make recommendations for improvements

What youll need to have

  • A good understanding of stores and operational activity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and able to engage colleagues across the business
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility
  • Effective communication skills providing clarity to stores at all times
  • Competent on key IT programmes
