We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Planning Associate to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in delivering cost targets monitoring and controlling financial operations and modernizing the finance function within the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills a customer-centric approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of financial cost targets for various programs and projects.
- Track control and modernize financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct financial estimations and facilitate the approval process for program financials.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within financial reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform metrics analysis and reporting utilizing MS Office productivity tools to present findings.
Experience Required
- 2 years in as Financial Planning Associate
- Experience in financial estimations and the approval process for program financials.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to plan organize and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period.
- Strong metrics analysis/reporting and MS Office productivity tool.
Education Required
- Associate degree
Education Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree
