Revive Recruitment is partnering with a well-funded AI start-up in Berlin thats building a category-defining motion-graphics engine. Theyre on a mission to radically simplify how creators produce professional animations using AI and are hiring a Founding AI Engineer to join the core team and own the ML stack.
What youll do
Build and optimise AI systems that generate high-quality style-consistent animations.
Design end-to-end ML pipelines: data collection training evaluation and deployment.
Develop automated and expert-validated evaluation frameworks for animation quality.
Fine-tune diffusion / VAE / GAN models to capture brand styles and motion principles.
Work closely with motion designers to convert domain knowledge into training data.
Implement feedback loops from user interactions to improve model outputs.
Research and prototype state-of-the-art methods in controllable motion-graphics generation.
What youll bring
Must-haves:
3 years practical ML engineering experience including training & fine-tuning generative models (diffusion VAE GANs).
Strong computer-vision / graphics background (video generation temporal modelling).
Proven experience designing production ML pipelines and deployment infrastructure.
Ability to implement cutting-edge research quickly and iterate in production.
Fluent English and willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
Nice-to-haves:
Domain knowledge in animation or motion graphics.
Familiarity with TypeScript / React / and GCP/AWS.
