The opportunity
Our Financial Crime team is growing again! Were looking for a Financial Crime Analyst to join Netwealths Risk & Compliance Advisory team in a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping us strengthen our financial crime prevention and detection capabilities.
As a key member of the Financial Crime Risk and Compliance team youll collaborate with Line 1 Operations Governance and other stakeholders to ensure effective oversight challenge and continuous improvement of our financial crime controls.

About you
You bring experience and curiosity to the table with a strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.
Specific skills and experience include:
Minimum 4 years experience in financial crime AML/CTF fraud investigation or risk/compliance roles within financial services.
Knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and fraud prevention practices.
Experience with transaction monitoring ECDD reviews and financial crime investigations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in complex data.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
A positive adaptable attitude and passion for driving a culture of compliance awareness.
Experience with Line 2 assurance testing and data analysis tools will be highly regarded.
