About the role

The Senior Multimedia Lead sits within the Course Development and Quality this leadership position you will manage a team of multimedia specialists to deliver high-quality engaging digital learning content. Youll oversee production workflows provide creative and technical guidance and collaborate with course development stakeholders to translate educational concepts into impactful multimedia experiences. This role champions design excellence drives continuous improvement and contributes to the broader digital content strategy. If role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

About You

Youre passionate about leading creative teams and delivering innovative accessible learning solutions. You have demonstrated experience in multimedia production including the use of relevant software technologies and adherence to industry standards. You have a strong track record of leading multimedia teams and managing production workflows in fast-paced high-volume environments. A degree in a related field or equivalent skills knowledge and experience is required.
