Available Positions:

Butcher Portion Cutting Specialist
Rate:$45.00 per hour Penalties
Start Time:4:00am

Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat for the production team with precision and consistency
Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.

Butcher Generalist
Rate:$43.63 per hour Penalties
Start Time:4:00am

Responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary cuts dicing trimming and using the bandsaw
Previous experience in boning and carcass break down is essential

Knife Hand
Rate:$41.25 per hour Penalties
Start Time:4:00am

Open cartons of bulk primary cuts from suppliers trim and slice meat for further processing
Abattoir or boning room experience is highly regarded

Production Worker
Rate:$37.88 per hour Penalties
Start Time:5:00am

Assist with scraping meat from bones mincing and marinating meat products.
Suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on processing work

Warehouse Operator
Rate:$38.68 per hour Penalties
Start Time:5:00am

Duties include packing stacking wrapping labeling and dispatching meat products
Forklift licence is highly desirable but not required
