The Boeing CompanyProduct Safety & Investigations (PS&I) is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Associate (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Staff Analyst in Everett WA to partner with the executive leadership team on the organizations strategic initiatives and priorities. PS&I a part of Chief Aerospace Safety Office is chartered to ensure continuous proactive vigilance to safety in our airplane products and to provide worldwide investigative support.
The successful candidate will possess strong skills in the following areas: collaboration communication analysis and integration. The person will also have demonstrated a high level of dependability initiative adaptability decision-making and organizational skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provides ownership of executive reviews coordinate leadership schedules develop executive level briefings and track performance to plan for priority projects.
- Plans schedules executes and continuously improves the organizations meetings reviews and operating rhythm. Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
- Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g. budget information workforce levels training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
- Provides project management of the organizations Continuous Improvement project portfolio.
- Discovers new opportunities and presents innovative solutions to problems by looking beyond current practices.
- Leads projects and initiatives that are organizationally related as well as coordination with other business units subsidiaries and partner organizations.
- Acts as an organizational resource for business support.
- Leads the development planning and execution of team-building activities and initiatives.
- Builds relationships and strive to be a trusted business partner peer and mentor.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Level 3: 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level 4: 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
- 6 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to Senior leader
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience collecting organizing synthesizing and analyzing data to summarize findings develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the work group level.
- Experience creating executive level briefings.
- Experience working with and communicating to employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership.
- Experience developing plans for long-range strategies and organizational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Experience building positive relationships collaborating effectively and communicating clearly.
- Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

- Senior (Level 4): $100300 - $135700
