The HealingLodge of the Seven Nations is a residential treatment facility for youth withco-occurring disorders (chemical dependency and mental health). The HealingLodge provides a safe and caring treatment setting located on 51 acres. Ourwellness program offers a peaceful environment for treatment balanced intraditional cultural and spiritual values and practices. Benefits:If hired to permanent position temporary time credited

  • Full Medical Dental and Vision benefits after 60 days employment
    • HL7N pays 100% of the insurance premium for Full-time Employees (30 hours).
    • HL7N pays $6000 of out of pocket healthcare costs for medical dental or vision utilizing the Navia Debit Card.
  • $75000 Life Insurance Short and Long-Term disability after 90 days. HL7N pays 100% of the premium for Full-Time employees (32 hours.
  • Annually Employees receive 12 paid holidays; 20 Paid-Time-Off (PTO) days per year after the employee has been employed FTE (32 hrs.) and achieve successful 90-days performance evaluation rating.
  • 403(b) Thrift Savings Plan with the HL7N maximum pension contribution of 6% completed 12 months of employment (at least 1000 hrs.) and successful performance evaluation rating.
  • Healing Lodge employment may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program as well as loan repayment through Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)

About the Position

The Accounts Payable Specialistsupports the Finance Director and Payroll & Accounting Specialist byhelping to ensure the accuracy andefficiency of our financial operations. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activitiesmaintaining vendor relationships and supporting the departments commitment tofinancial integrity and operational excellence

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Receives andcoordinates the reconciliation of credit card statements with staff purchasesin accordance with the policies & procedures.

Prepare and processpayments to vendors and suppliers

Maintain accurate andorganized records of all accounts payable uploading them to SharePoint able tohelp convert from paper to paperless

Maintain and processfinancial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Provide administrative support to theadministrative staff

Maintains high level ofconfidentiality.

Other duties assigned.

MinimumQualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent; AA or BA in accounting finance or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable accounting or finance related role

KnowledgeSkills and Abilities:

Understandingof basic accounting principles and AP/AR processes

StrongAttention to detail

Abilityto reconcile financial statement and resolve discrepancies

Abilityto maintain confidentiality and andle sensitive financial information withdiscretion.

ComputerSkills:

To perform this job successfully anindividual must have basic computer skills including working knowledge of MS OfficeSuite including Outlook Word Excel & PowerPoint.

PhysicalDemands:
