Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $38 $40 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistantfor an exciting job in Williamstown MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in executing individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and skill development.
Conduct therapeutic activities and exercises as prescribed by the supervising therapist.
Monitor evaluate and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate compliant and timely clinical records.
Educate and guide patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily functioning.
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts COTA license required.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Minimum 12 years of experience preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation setting.
Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
Commitment to delivering patient-centered evidence-based care.
