As anAirway Sales Representativewith our Acute Care and Monitoring business you will assist the Inside/Remote Sales Reps and focus on Medtronics Airways product portfolio including airway monitors and endotracheal tubes (ETT). As an Airways Rep you are responsible for drivingShiley tracheostomy and endotrachealutilization within existing accounts and developing and growing sales of the Cuff Pressure Monitoring product lines while driving continued use and growth of our consumable airway products within the shared customer will focus on these products and driving increased utilization within the assigned markets.

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid drivers license is essential for this role.

This position should be based in the greater Los Angeles CA area and will cover up the West Coast including Northern CA Oregon and Washington. This role includes a high volume of travel including overnights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full sales and support responsibility for assigned territory to achieve assigned plan develop assigned accounts and successfully execute business plan to gain market share and convert competitive accounts.

• Cold call competitive accounts.

• Provide in-services on equipment at customer sites.

• Be an expert on product lines and have strong sales acumen to increase business and grow existing accounts.

• Confidently instruct end users on operation care and maintenance of products to clinical staff.

• Leverage relationships to driveShiley and CPM (Cuff Pressure Monitoring) sal.

• Be confident entering the OR NICU ICU ED areas of the hospital and confidently sell in high pressure situations.

• Focus on customer satisfaction as a high priority.

• Provide technical information to healthcare staff consistent with product user manuals and instructions for use.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services

Nice to Have:

• B2B sales experience

• Hospital market familiarity

• Medical device experience

• Sales quota job history

• Clinical hospital experience around airway products

Competencies:Competitive and confident while also adept at participating in a team environment; personable energetic responsive confident and honest
