The Position:

Provide food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness in food service and preparation areas.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations.
Drive exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Handle 3-plate carry efficiently to serve multiple guests quickly.
Contribute to the events and functions at NGV.

The Person:

RSA certification.
Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of Melbournes food and beverage trends.
Passionate about coffee and skilled in staff training and development.
Excellent communication skills capable of leading team briefings for up to 12 members.
Well-groomed and professional.
