About JLL Intern Office Leasing Advisory (Off-cycle Internship Jan - Jun 2026)

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

This 5 to 6 months internship will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within our Office Leasing Advisory (OLA) business lines. Working alongside experienced brokers and advisors youll gain hands-on experience in tenant representation landlord services and market analysis while developing essential industry skills.

What this job involves

• Conduct market research and assist in preparing client presentations property summaries and marketing materials

• Support transaction activities including documentation preparation analysis and coordination

• Participate in property tours with clients and help prepare lease proposals and supporting documentation

• Assist with business development through prospecting pitch preparation and client relationship management

• Shadow experienced brokers during client meetings and attend networking events to build industry knowledge

You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance Business or a similar related field. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set. Please note that only students who are available for a full time internship will be considered.
